About Karen

After matriculating , I started my Professional Cheffing Diploma in Stellenbosch.  In 2005 I gratuated from Institute of Culinary Arts at Spier in Stellenbosch, South Africa. 

I worked at Hartford House Boutique Hotel in the Midlands Meander as pastry chef and later as sous chef.  After working in Scotland, I returned home to South Africa and relocated to Gauteng. 

In 2007 I started to bake commercially in the Centurion Area.

I am also a proud member of the South African Cake Decorators Guild Association.
